• As a trainer as part of training exercises associated with NT Workstation rollouts (Santos, Queensland Rail, Q-Build).
• As a support person I performed the security role using Windows NT 4 while employed in the IT section of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. I have also performed installations of Windows NT as part of an assessment process  

• July 1997 - Learned Telstra Director/FieldMate system (an IBM ThinkPad based system used by field staff for receiving and clearing work – operates under Pen based Windows 3.11).
• Conducted training during main rollout and periodically since including Townsville, Dubbo, Sydney and Perth

• “In House” IT Trainer and other roles - Jan 1993 to April 1997

• A role where given the broad objectives or issues I identified needs developed the plans and then implemented the activities required.
